Vermicompost is back!

We had begun our vermicomposting conversion of Cowdung to Vermicompost almost 4 months back. 10 Beds were made and earthworms were carefully introduced. We turned the beds today morning to have a look and were very pleasantly surprised! So many baby earthworms all lazing around in the perfectly moist cow dung that we had laid out for them- not even bothering to run away from us. Also so many fat and long adult ones- but the babies are a very positive sign for us to continue down this path.
